On Monday, the week starts with heavy emotional energy as the grand water trine between the Moon and retrograde Jupiter in Cancer, Saturn in Pisces, and Mercury in Scorpio begins to loosen. Later in the day, the Moon enters sunny Leo, which will also bring some relief alongside the Sun, Venus, and Mars in Sagittarius. Again, we find ourselves at the potentially explosive intersection of heavy fire and water energies, so be sure to channel it intentionally through exercise and journaling or risk making rash choices.
The Moon will remain in Leo all day on Tuesday with no other planetary changes. Today is one of transition from the deep emotional reflection at the end of last week to a period of more action, so you may feel inner conflicts or some awkwardness in this mediary phase. Try to stay the course and remind yourself that surer times lie just ahead.
On Wednesday, the Moon starts out in Leo, which brings a continuation of Tuesday’s energy. Late in the day, however, the Moon will enter analytical Virgo, squaring the Sun, Venus, and Mars in Sagittarius. This will begin to bring some groundedness to the intense fire- and water-dominant planetary picture from the past few weeks, although it could also leave you feeling critical and neurotic as well.
Thursday sees the Moon in Virgo all day with no other celestial changes, so the energy that began on Wednesday night continues into today. Try to channel this detail-oriented Virgo Moon energy toward the inner obstacles that you have uncovered at the end of last week during the Full Moon and introspective grand water trine. The abundance of fire energy that is also present will help you take action on what you identify.
On Friday, the Moon remains in Virgo for much of the day, though it will enter harmony-seeking Libra tonight. Also, Mercury enters Sagittarius today to join the Sun, Venus, and Mars, edging the active fire energy into the majority over reflective water once more. This is a time for gathering around a bonfire and swapping stories or even tall tales to share and receive experiential wisdom.
With the Moon in Libra all day on Saturday and four planets in Sagittarius, now is the time to balance the scales and act on the data gathered during the Moon’s time in Virgo. This is an excellent chance to set yourself up for success as we close out the calendar year.
