Weekly Forecast Feb. 9 - Feb. 15, 2026
On Monday, the Sun, Venus, and Mars are in Aquarius, the Moon is in Scorpio, retrograde Jupiter is in Cancer, and Saturn is in Pisces. The grand water trine that formed yesterday is still present, making emotions a strong point of focus today, especially since the day is also ruled by the Moon. Within the water trine, retrograde Jupiter in Cancer’s themes of retrospection and growth, Mercury in Pisces’ themes of abstract communication and thinking, and Saturn in Pisces’ themes of restriction and setbacks around imagination and whimsy are key elements. The Moon in Scorpio is also forming a square by sign with the Sun, Venus, and Mars in Aquarius, so emotions may be pitted at odds with the more outward-facing self, desires, and motivation. With the Moon trine the conjunct Mercury and Saturn in Pisces, you may find emotional resonance in speaking about your hardships, even if others still struggle to understand you.
Tuesday begins with similar energy to Monday, however in the latter part of the day, the Moon enters Sagittarius, forming a sextile aspect by sign with the Sun, Venus, and Mars in Aquarius. This is a harmonious formation, which allows our optimistic emotional landscape to support humanitarian and futuristic thinking. The Moon is also now forming a square by sign with Mercury and Saturn in Pisces. This aspect gives tension as our yearning for freedom is juxtaposed with patterns of thought that are both strict and abstract.
On Wednesday, Venus enters Pisces, joining Mercury and Saturn. This imbues the day with a romantic and fanciful energy as Venus is exalted in dreamy Pisces. With Mercury and Saturn co-present in the same sign, there may be some overthinking and shame that can come to the surface as well. In the final days of Saturn’s long journey through Pisces, you must decide if you will allow yourself to be whimsical and frivolous or if you choose to rebuke that side of yourself. However, yielding to shame comes with its own price, repression, so choose wisely.
Thursday is astrologically very similar to Wednesday, so you may continue to consider how to confront the shame and repression of Pisces energy that has emerged over the past couple of years during this Saturn transit. How will you transform the hardships of this time into lessons which strengthen and enrich your future? What within the realm of the spiritual, the esoteric, and the imaginary have you relegated to the dark corners of your psyche? How will you reintegrate yourself into wholeness and metabolize the scars that shame has left inside of you? How will you grieve the things you have lost in cutting off parts of yourself?
On Friday, the Moon is in Capricorn, opposing by sign the retrograde Jupiter in Cancer and forming a sextile by sign with Mercury, Venus, and Saturn in Pisces. The opposition with retrograde Jupiter carries tension, as emotional longings for success and stability face off with a need to look into the past with sensitivity and nostalgia in order to grow. The sextile aspect is harmonious, especially with the Moon’s sign of Capricorn being ruled by Saturn, one of the planets in the sextile. This allows Saturn to support the Moon while it is in detriment, while the Moon can help to make Saturn less harsh and exacting than usual. You may also lean on your deep, embodied knowledge to help your communication in this time as Mercury is in its detriment of Pisces. Additionally, the Moon in Capricorn can ground Venus in Pisces and allow for planning to help your desires come to fruition.
On Saturday, the Moon’s opposition with retrograde Jupiter becomes exact by degree. This brings the standoff to a head. Although the Moon in Capricorn is comfortable with looking into the past for the purposes of honoring and maintaining tradition, it struggles with the sensitive nature of nostalgia that the retrograde Jupiter in Cancer demands. And although retrograde Jupiter in Cancer craves growth, nourishment, and progress, it cannot abide by the strict timetables and efficiency that the Moon in Capricorn is equipped to offer. Perhaps these opposing forces can complement each other rather than clashing, if you allow it. Consider ways in which a sense of discipline can hem in nostalgic meandering, giving it shape and preventing you from getting lost in the past. And perhaps a bit of sensitivity could soften the Moon in Capricorn’s harsh energy and allow it to chase goals without self-abandonment. These complementary interpretations can only become reality if you choose to embody them.
On Sunday, Saturn enters Aries, marking the end of its long transit through Pisces, which began on March 7, 2023. The restrictions and shame around whimsy, dreaming, and imagination are now lifted, at least externally. Prepare for an influx of Pisces energy to defrost, and pressure on whatever house Pisces occupies (based on your rising sign) to be lifted. Continue the work which began to be emphasized earlier this week of deconstructing the shame around Pisces energy and reintegrating it into your life and persona now that it is without the heavy presence of Saturn. On the other hand, expect new obstacles around authority, leadership and independence. We did get a trial run of this energy in 2025 from May 24 through September 1, so this may provide a framework for roughly what to expect for the next several years as Saturn makes its home in Aries. You may have a hard time with doing things on your own, making decisions independently, and trusting yourself. This is a time to take a step back and re-evaluate how you relate to Aries themes and decide what works and what can be released.
